Low-cal calzone zone

Butternut squash and apple calzones turned out pretty tasty! We subbed (read: didn’t have the ingredients the recipe actually called for so we used) wheat flour dough for white, marble cheese for goat’s, and thyme for rosemary.

The original recipe includes a video of the process that somehow looks a bit more glamorous than ours. Dani had the excellent idea of us attempting a vid project of our own. Any takers? Recipe preference? Must it include beets? Let us know!
