That’s pizza on my pillow up there. The toppings of the pizza are great (mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, onions, rosemary, pesto, and sun dried tomatoes) and the crust is ok. I need to try making the dough again because what should have made two, ten inch crusts made one and it hardly rose. Anyway, I feel pretty proud to have made it and, once again, I find myself looking forward to the leftovers, not dreading them so I’m inclined to put this in the “make again” category of my cooking repertoire.
